This item-cheat should only be used on the black-market. If you sell items/resources, the number won't be decreased but increased by the sold amount. So you can multiply your items/resources and collect money for it.

+5 HP (Combat active soldier)
Within the missions you can use these cheats on the active soldier. Important is the the soldier still have at least one move to become really active otherwise you cannot reset his movement or increase his hitpoints. Hint: Move your soldier always only within the blue area and reset the movement after each step. This way you can move your soldier(s) unlimited each turn.
