This allows you to influence your stamina regeneration. By default, you regenerate 45 stamina in the game (at least at the start of the game). If you set this value higher, your stamina will regenerate faster, and if you set it lower, it will take longer for your stamina to fully replenish.

Changes to your health will only become visible in the game when the game updates your health the next time (e.g. when you are hit by enemies). Your health may therefore decrease in the display during combat, but the cheat will immediately replenish it, although this will not be visible in the bar! The next time you are hit, the damage will be deducted from your full/maximum health again, so that the bar will decrease more, less, or just as much as the previous hit, depending on the amount of damage.

All existing items in the respective category (e.g., “items” or “materials”) will be increased to at least the amount you have set, regardless of the actual maximum value in the game!
