Scrap Mechanic Trainers & Cheats

Activate this cheat with a value of your choice and move an item in your inventory to set its quantity to at least the specified value. You can also use it while building, etc. Unless you use up the entire available quantity of the item at once, the quantity will also be maintained at least at the set value. Be sure to deactivate the cheat afterward so you don’t permanently increase the quantity of all possible items! If the value you set exceeds the maximum stack size for an item (usually 10–500), you may not be able to move the item in your inventory again until you’ve deactivated the cheat.

This allows you to craft items at numerous crafting stations in the game (e.g., Mini Craftbot, Portable Craftbot, Craftbot, Cookbot, and the large Bot Crafter in the Mechanic Station) without having the required materials. If you have more of an item than the required amount, it will not be consumed from your inventory. If you have fewer than the required amount, the available quantity will be used (and you can still craft even if you have 0). Disable the cheat when you don’t need it to avoid any potential interference with other crafting processes. Some of the Craftbot’s upgrades won’t work while this cheat is active!
