The movement-cheat sets the movement on map and battle-screen of the currently visible unit to the listed value. The other cheats are only working when moving from one unit to another in the detailscreen. So use the arrows to switch to the next unit, activate the cheat and move back with the arrows. To prevent unwanted effects, you should disable the cheat after it immediately!
