These soldier-cheats are all working on the currently selected unit in ground-combats. Before you end your turn, you should disable the cheats to prevent that they maybe work also on aliens! The heal-cheat is splittet into 2 options. The first one heals the unit to the maximum health of the unit at start of the mission. If the unit was already injured at start, you can use the second one to completely heal it.
