For this cheat to work, you must select the “Eldritch Favor” option at the bottom in the middle to open the unlock screen. Close and reopen the screen to see a change in value.

For Godmode to work you need to enable the Prepare cheat and then pause the game. Click on the desired building or unit and activate the “Mark selected Unit (for Godmode)” cheat. After that you can use Godmode and it will only affect the selected building.
