Concerning the attribute, skill and perk-points the following applies: You have to open the Charakter menu ("C"), select a specific character, leave the character menu with ESC and press ESC again in order to pause the game. Only then you may activate the various codes with the key combinations. Finally, you have to open the character menu again, to spend at least one point and confirm the operation: Otherwise, the new values won't be accepted!
